How to delete your data

Your right to deletion

You can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time (right to erasure under GDPR and similar laws). We do not keep your data after you delete your account.

How to delete your data from the app

If you have the The Matrix Jiujitsu app installed (iOS or Android):

1. Open the app and sign in to your account.
2. Go to the Profile tab (profile icon in the bottom navigation).
3. Scroll down and tap « Delete my account ».
4. Read the confirmation message and tap « Yes, delete my account » when you are sure.

Your account and all data linked to it will be permanently removed within a short time. You will be signed out and returned to the login screen.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your account (email, password, auth identity).
• Profile information (display name, belt, age, club, avatar, language).
• All your gameplans and strategy chains.
• All training sessions (dates, duration, techniques, notes).
• Competitions and weight records.
• Favorites and subscription state in our systems.
• Referral and influencer code links associated with your account.

We do not retain copies of this data after deletion. Subscription or purchase history held by the app stores (Apple, Google) or RevenueCat may be kept by those providers according to their policies; deleting your account with us does not delete that third‑party data.

No app access?

If you cannot access the app (e.g. you uninstalled it or no longer have a device), you can request account and data deletion by email. Contact us at privacy@thematrix-jiujitsu.com with the email address used for your account and we will process your request.
